What are your office hours?

North Woods is open Monday – Friday from 8am – 5:30pm, Saturday 9am – 4pm, and closed on Sunday.

What is the required security deposit?

Our standard deposit is $300.  Depending on credit, there may be a higher deposit required;
1BR $850, 2BR $1000, and 3BR $1075.

What is Sure Deposit?

Sure Deposit is a program that allows residents to move in for less money up front than a traditional security deposit would require. Instead of paying a standard refundable security deposit of $300, the resident has the option to pay a non-refundable premium of $87.50.  If the resident is required to pay a higher deposit, they still have the option of paying a non-refundable premium of $87.50 + a refundable deposit of $350 for a 1BR, $500 for a 2BR, or $575 for a 3BR.  This non-refundable premium, purchases a surety bond that provides protection to the management company in the event that the resident moves out owing money or damages.

What does the restoration fee cover?

The Reservation Deposit, which is a non-refundable fee that reserves your apartment during the application process, will be credited to the rental account as a Restoration Fee upon execution of the lease agreement.  At move out, the restoration fee covers a basic carpet cleaning and basic cleaning of the apartment.

Do you allow pets?

We allow 2 pets per apartment.  There is a one-time non-refundable fee of $400 for any pet 35-100 lbs, $300 for each pet less than 35lbs, and $100 for the 2nd pet.  We do not allow the following breeds or type of animals on the premises: German Shepherd, Pitt Bull, Rottweiler, Chow-Chow, Doberman, Wolf Hybrids, or any mix of these breeds, unless used as service dogs; along with reptiles and rodents (including ferrets).

What utilities are included?

North Woods residents pay a monthly flat rate utility fee to offset the cost of water, sewer and trash. The utility fee is $18 for a 1 BR, $26 for a 2 BR, and $34 for a 3 BR. Residents are responsible for electricity, gas heat, and cable/internet/phone services.

Who do I get my telephone, internet, and cable through?

Comcast and Century Link are the providers of cable, internet, and telephone services in this area.  Satellite television is an option for select apartment homes, which have the necessary view for signal to be acquired. Installation restrictions and renter's insurance requirements do apply to satellite subscribers.

What school district are you in?
