When is rent due? When is rent due?Can we paint our apartment?Residents can paint the interior walls of their apartment any desired color. At move out, the resident is responsible for priming the walls, so that the color paint does not show through. What are the pool hours?
Maintenance requests can be called into the office or submitted online through our website. If there is an emergency after hours, please call 434-973-8180 and a member of our maintenance staff will assist you.
How much notice do I have to give to move out at the end of my lease?Our office contacts residents about 90 days in advance to their lease expiration to give the renewal options. A 30-day written notice to vacate is required to move out upon lease expiration. How much will my rent go up at renewal?There is not a set amount that rent will go up at renewal; rather, renewal rates are determined based on availability, the number of lease expirations in any given month, and the Charlottesville market overall. How soon after move out will I get my security deposit returned?In accordance with the Virginia Residential Landlord Tenant Act, any refunded deposit will be sent to you within 45 days of move out. |
