Maintenance RequestWe pride ourselves on our maintenance staff and the quality of services that they provide. If you have a maintenance concern, please call 434-973-8180 to report the problem.
General maintenance repairs (non-emergency) will be performed during normal weekday business hours on a first-come, first-served basis. Our goal is to provide our residents with speedy, efficient service on all requests, usually within 48 hours. From time to time, however, unexpected delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances (back-order on appliance part, emergency maintenance situations, etc.). We encourage any feedback that you may have regarding our maintenance services. Please feel free to contact the business office at 434-973-8180 should you have any questions or comments.
We will also respond to an emergency maintenance call after 5:00 p.m.
Please call 434-973-8180 to report any emergency problems categorized in the following list:
- No electricity - Please call Dominion Va Power at (888) 667 - 3000 if your entire apartment is without electricity.
- Loss of heat if temperature is below 60 degrees.
- Stopped up toilet, if it is the only toilet in your home.
- Sewer back-ups.
- Any kind of leak.
- No hot water. Weekends only until 9 p.m.
- Refrigerator failures.
- Security problems such as broken locks, broken doors, glass, etc.
- A noticeable gas smell or odor either inside or outside of your home.
- Any kind of electrical spark of the stove, electrical outlets, etc.
- Air-conditioning failure will be considered an emergency when temperature is above 80 degrees outside. Our technician can not make repairs during rain or lightning. Please call before 8 p.m.
