Pet Information

North Woods is dedicated to making a happy home for both our residents and their pets.

The pet policy is as follows:

• 100 pound weight limit
• Cats and dogs up to 35 lbs. = $300.00 non-refundable one time pet fee
• Dogs 36 lbs - 100 lbs. = $400.00 non-refundable one time pet fee
• A second pet is allowed for an additional $100 non-refundable one time pet fee
• Certain breeds of dogs are restricted, including: Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Pit Bulls, Chows, Wolf Hybrids, and dogs mixed with any one of the above
• No reptiles or rodents
• No ferrets
