Rent Payment

Rent payments are always due in full on the 1st day of each month and considered late after the 5th day of each month.
A late fee of $35.00 will be charged for any rent payment received after the 5th day of the month
If mailing rent, please remit payment to: North Woods at the Four Seasons, 2210 Clubhouse Way, Charlottesville, VA 22901.
During office hours, rent may be paid in the business office, located on the property at 2210 Clubhouse Way.
After office hours please use the night drop box located in the office door at 2210 Clubhouse Way.
Rent may be paid with a check, money order, or cashier's check.
Please make sure to include your apartment number on every payment. We also ask that all rent be paid with one check per apartment.
