Utility Information

Residents are responsible for all utilities: electric, gas heat, cable/internet, water/sewer, and trash. A monthly utility fee is billed including water, sewer, and trash removal at the following rates:

• One Bedroom: $18.00
• Two Bedrooms: $26.00
• Three Bedrooms: $34.00

The following utilities are the responsibility of the residents:

• Electricity - Virginia Dominion Power - 888-667-3000
• Cable - Comcast - Local Representative is Taylor Laughlin 434-566-1973 or taylor_laughlin@cable.comcast.com
• Gas - The Billing Associates - Connected in office at move-in.
